Screen Free Week

We are looking for ALL GATORS to register for Screen Free Week. Pledge cards will go home with the kids after registration is turned in as confirmation and used for a fun raffle. When the kids register to be Screen Free for the week they have a choice to enter the contest “The Most Clever Use of Time Without Screens.” Your Gator has a choice if they enter the contest to pick one of the following using the above theme. They can write an essay or poem about how they use “The Most Clever Use Of Time” that week or they can draw an illustration or even put into photographs they take themselves to emphasize the theme during their “Screen Free Week” Entries should be NO BIGGER than a regular sized poster board. K-2 will be in one category for judging and 3rd-5th in a second. Of course there will be prizes for the MOST CLEVER use of time during Screen Free Week.

There will be a certificate of accomplishment for all the Gators that sign up and participate in Screen Free Week, April 22-28. Look for information to come home in back pack mail. We hope you will continue some of this “Screen Free” fun in your family long after Screen Free Week! PROJECTS ARE TURNED IN BY MONDAY, APRIL 29th TO THEIR TEACHER.
