Jump Rope for Heart

Jump Rope for Heart is this Thursday, March 1! The second grade students will be jumping from 12:40-1:30! Make sure your student wears appropriate shoes for jumping! It should be a fun day!

Math Games

On Wednesday the second graders played two math games. They really enjoyed basketball addition and working on adding two digit numbers. They also had time to explore pattern blocks. Here are a few photos of them in action.......

Culver's Day

On, Tuesday the 28th is Culver's Day for Gombert. Twenty percent of all Gombert sales brought into the restaurant this day will be given back to the PTA to help support student/teacher programs. Drive thru or dine in! All day! We hope to see you there!

I am back...............

I am happy to be back in the classroom. I came back on Wednesday this past week. It has been a busy three days with getting back into the routine. I have missed these second graders and love being back. I am excited to spend the next three months with them!
